An experienced Head of Operations is required to join The Inkerman Group’s management team to manage and deliver all fast paced moving operations within the wide range of the Group’s businesses, across all service areas globally including, but not limited to, crisis management, operations, travel safe, protection, surveillance and security.

Reporting to the Director of Group Operations, this role is responsible for the detailed management on a daily basis of the Group’s 24/7/365 Joint Operations Centre and all resources of the operational teams – time, people and money, in line with client requirements and within operational guidelines, standards and budgets. Responding to management and client briefs, this is a critical role which effectively pulls everything together on the ground including all the management of operational arrangements required and the ability to personally deploy operationally on a 24/7/365 worldwide basis when necessary. The successful candidate will have the responsibility to ensure effective client relationship management for the current customer base as well as continuing to grow this client base.

This is a challenging role, which comes at an exciting time for the Company as it seeks to increase its breadth of business by also bringing new and innovative products and services to both private individuals and the corporate business sector.

Candidates should have previous international operations / services experience, some of which should ideally have been gained in a commercial environment and at management level and to be physically fit for deployment. The successful candidate will also be an experienced manager of people, with highly tuned client-facing, business development and interpersonal skills being able to communicate at all levels. Current SIA CPO Licenced, Membership of The Security Institute, Certified Protective Professional (CPP) and / or Chartered Security Professional (CSyP) accreditations would be an advantage.  CP training would be available for the right candidate.

The Inkerman Group is looking to recruit an experienced and professional Executive Officer to manage the general office and support functions throughout the Company. Based at the Company’s Headquarters in Ashford, this position is pivotal in the delivery of the whole range of office administration and operational services as well as providing additional support to senior management.

Ideally candidates will already have a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role, have excellent client-facing skills and proven exceptional administrative ability. You will be a self-starter, enthusiastic and a team player, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and focussed on delivering excellent customer service.

This is a full-time permanent position and is based at the Company’s Headquarters in Ashford, Kent, with potentially some international travel required.
