The Inkerman Group is looking for Researchers to join its busy due diligence, investigations and screening teams – these are challenging and responsible roles which, for the right individuals, will provide a great opportunity to develop and grow the roles within the business. These are varied roles covering due diligence, investigations research, pre-employment screening and some general administration – the successful candidate will be fully involved in all aspects of the due diligence workloads and candidate / company research within the business unit and on an international basis.

Excellent research, organisational and administrative skills are essential, together with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. The successful candidate will have great client-facing skills, be able to prioritise and cope well with changing priorities, be IT literate, have exceptional attention to detail and a flexible ‘can-do’ approach to getting things done. Whilst previous experience is an advantage (particularly within an investigations or screening / HR environment), it is not essential as training will be given. Candidates will ideally be educated to a minimum of degree standard or equivalent; degrees in  Degrees in Criminology, Sociology, Psychology and Theology / Cultural Diversity, International Relations, Politics, Philosophy, Economics are of particular interest. These positions are based at the Company’s Headquarters in Ashford, Kent.
