RESEARCHERS

The Inkerman Group is looking for Researchers to join its busy due diligence, investigations and screening teams – these are challenging and responsible roles which, for the right individuals, will provide a great opportunity to develop and grow the roles within the business. These are varied roles covering due diligence, investigations research, pre-employment screening and some general administration – the successful candidate will be fully involved in all aspects of the due diligence workloads and candidate / company research within the business unit and on an international basis.

Excellent research, organisational and administrative skills are essential, together with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. The successful candidates will have great client-facing skills, be able to prioritise and cope well with changing priorities, be IT literate, have exceptional attention to detail and a flexible ‘can-do’ approach to getting things done. Whilst previous experience is an advantage (particularly within an investigations or screening / HR environment), it is not essential as training will be given. Candidates will ideally be educated to a minimum of degree standard or equivalent (degrees in Degrees in Criminology, Sociology, Psychology and Theology / Cultural Diversity, International Relations, Politics, Philosophy, Economics are of particular interest) or already have proven experience in a similar work environment. These positions are based at the Company’s Headquarters in Ashford, Kent.

INVESTIGATORS

The Inkerman Group is looking for Investigators to join its busy due diligence and investigations department – these are challenging and responsible positions which, for the right individuals, will provide a great opportunity to develop and grow within the business. The roles cover due diligence, possible undercover work, surveillance and investigations plus research – the successful candidates will be fully involved in all aspects of the work covered within the investigations business unit and on an international basis.

Excellent research, organisational and administrative skills are essential, together with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. The successful candidates will have great client-facing skills, be able to prioritise and cope well with changing priorities, be IT literate, have exceptional attention to detail and a flexible ‘can-do’ approach to getting things done and i2 skills with an understanding of AI and social media. Candidates will ideally be educated to a minimum of degree standard or equivalent; degrees in Degrees in Criminology, Sociology, Psychology and Theology / Cultural Diversity, International Relations, Politics, Philosophy, Economics are of particular interest including those with proven investigation skills.  An ability in a second language, particularly German, is desirable but not essential. CORPORATE INTELLIGENCE OFFICER

An experienced intelligence officer is required to work in The Inkerman Group’s Political Risk team. The role will research, analyse and collate information and intelligence on a range of subjects and issues, including due diligence, investigations research and societal analysis on environmental, social, political and financial risk. The ability to prepare reports and information for clients, together with developing and maintaining the required processes and databases is essential. Applicants must be articulate with excellent written presentation and IT skills, and be educated to degree level. Degrees in International Relations, International History Criminology, Politics, Philosophy, Economics (PPE), Psychology and Theology / Cultural Diversity at least 2:1 Hons level for the undergraduate degree and / or Masters Degree is preferred. An ability in a second language, particularly German, is desirable but not essential.

This position will be based at the Company’s Headquarters in Ashford Kent, with secondments in the Meerbusch Office and is ideally suited to individuals who are adaptable, have a flexible “can do” attitude and are team players.
