RISK SPECIALIST GERMANY

Leading risk, intelligence and protection company, The Inkerman Group, is seeking to recruit an experienced ”can do”, energetic security professional to support the Company’s CEO in the delivery of an extensive range of security services to German speaking based clients. This position will be involved in all aspects of the security consultancy function to clients including the overall management and service delivery of a wide range of services. This is a highly responsible role within the organisation and will include ensuring the provision of general security consulting services to the Board of Directors, security policies, risk assessments throughout the business, emergency procedures and crisis management, co-ordination of the security function over multiple sites, investigations, logistics know how and management of external security providers.

Successful applicants will ideally already be qualified within the security industry and have previous business experience in a similar role, together with exceptional communication, management and organisational skills. This role will require working in both Germany and the UK on a regular basis and therefore fluency in both German and English languages (written and oral) is required.

RESEARCHERS - THE INKERMAN GROUP

The Inkerman Group is looking for Researchers to join its busy due diligence, investigations and screening teams – these are challenging and responsible roles which, for the right individuals, will provide a great opportunity to develop and grow the roles within the business. These are varied roles covering due diligence, investigations research, pre-employment screening and some general administration – the successful candidate will be fully involved in all aspects of the due diligence workloads and candidate / company research within the business unit and on an international basis.

Excellent research, organisational and administrative skills are essential, together with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. The successful candidate will have great client-facing skills, be able to prioritise and cope well with changing priorities, be IT literate, have exceptional attention to detail and a flexible ‘can-do’ approach to getting things done. Whilst previous experience is an advantage (particularly within an investigations or screening / HR environment), it is not essential as training will be given. Candidates will ideally be educated to a minimum of degree standard or equivalent; degrees in  Degrees in Criminology, Sociology, Psychology and Theology / Cultural Diversity, International Relations, Politics, Philosophy, Economics are of particular interest. These positions are based at the Company’s Headquarters in Ashford, Kent.
